Introduction

My parents discovered that I had perfect pitch at a young age, and I began piano lessons at age four. I started accompanying live musical theater at age eight, and went on to perform and accompany choirs, ensembles, soloists, and churches. I studied music with an emphasis in piano performance at CalArts, and finished my degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2014. I began teaching private lessons upon graduation, and eventually developed a studio of 42 students per week, ages 3 and up. In 2021, I accepted a position teaching class piano at a high school, during which time I obtained a CTE credential. Currently I am teaching music in the Eagle County School District in Colorado. I am also a piano structor for Bravo! Vail, a local nonprofit organization.
